As a board-certified General Surgeon who completed his surgical residency training at the University of Chicago, Dr. London is recognized for his exceptional skills in the field. He is not only a fellow with the renowned American College of Surgeons but also with the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology. Throughout his career, Dr. London has dedicated himself to providing surgical solutions for patients suffering from kidney failure, often stemming from underlying conditions like hypertension and diabetes. However, it is his interest in assisting patients on their weight loss journey that truly sets him apart. Dr. London firmly believes that weight loss plays a pivotal role in reducing joint stress, improving blood pressure, lowering cholesterol, and promoting healthier blood sugar levels. Consequently, by achieving safe and healthy weight loss goals, individuals can significantly decrease their risks of developing more health issues in the future. Dr. London has joined with Better Health and Weight Loss Concierge to consult with clients, empowering them on their quest for improved health and well-being.

    Dr. Michelle Plaster understands that an individual’s health is not just important, it is their most valuable possession, and she is devoted to helping people find opportunities to feel better and live their absolute best life. With her extensive education and experience, she has become a highly-respected board-certified Family Medicine physician, holding a medical degree from Ross University and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Wright State University. Dr. Plaster completed a rigorous Family Medicine residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she even had the honor of serving as chief resident.

    While Dr. Plaster is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in a variety of areas, she possesses a special interest in the field of obesity medicine. Unlike many others in her field, she recognizes that losing weight is an intricate and complex journey that extends far beyond simply eating less and exercising more. Instead, she embraces weight loss as an opportunity to assist her patients in discovering their own self-worth through the implementation of sustainable, healthy lifestyle changes. Dr. Plaster understands medical conditions, such as menopause, can present significant barriers to successful weight loss efforts. By combining her expertise in both medicine and counseling, and through her unwavering commitment to the overall well-being of her patients, Dr. Plaster is truly making a difference in the lives of countless individuals by helping them find not only improved physical health but also a higher quality of life.

    Megan is not only passionate about nutrition and a healthy lifestyle, but she also has a strong educational background to support her expertise. With her schooling from Indiana University and her recent completion of a specialized course in Health and Wellness at Harvard Medical School, specifically focusing on Designing a Specialized Nutrition Plan, Megan has gained an in-depth understanding of the importance of nutrition and lifestyle habits in achieving a happy and healthy life. Having spent years in the medical field, Megan has witnessed firsthand the detrimental effects of poor nutrition and unhealthy lifestyle choices. Through personal experiences, she is also familiar with the frustration of fad diets and the difficulties that come with successful weight loss. This has fueled her determination to break these patterns and inspire others to develop healthy relationships with food and physical activity.
