Dr. Mark London
Dr. Mark London, Medical Director of Better Health, is a board-certified General Surgeon who completed his residency at the University of Chicago. A Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology, he has dedicated his career to caring for patients with complex conditions, including kidney failure related to hypertension and diabetes.
Dr. London is passionate about helping patients achieve safe, sustainable weight loss to improve blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, and overall health. Through his work with Better Health, he consults with clients to support lasting lifestyle change and long-term wellness.

Dr. Michelle Plaster
Dr. Michelle Plaster is a board-certified Family Medicine physician dedicated to helping patients live their healthiest lives. She earned her medical degree from Ross University and a Master’s in Counseling from Wright State University, and completed her Family Medicine residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she served as chief resident.
With a special interest in obesity medicine, Dr. Plaster understands that weight loss is complex and influenced by factors such as menopause and overall wellness. By blending her medical expertise and counseling background, she helps patients achieve sustainable lifestyle changes and improved quality of life.
